Rooftop extension and modernisation
Five newly built rooftop apartments increase the property from 44 to 49 units. The project includes two lifts, a central heating system, new windows and external wall insulation. Building services were comprehensively renewed, covering water and heating pipes, electrical installations and the consolidation of electricity meters.

Construction of a restaurant pavilion as an extension to an existing office building. AUCTUS acts as the client’s representative and manages delivery on behalf of the property owner.

Energy-focused façade refurbishment
Refurbishment of a public building near Altona station, focused on improving the energy performance of the building envelope. The works include repairs to the façade and replacement of the windows. The project combines the preservation of the existing building fabric with a contemporary upgrade at this central location.

From commercial space to a home
Conversion of a former commercial unit into an apartment, including comprehensive refurbishment. A new layout and the installation of new windows, a kitchen and a bathroom make the space suitable for residential use. New flooring and extensive renewal of the interior complete the transformation of the existing premises.
